Delivery & Returns - Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order.
UK Shipping for orders under 2kg £1.99.
For orders over 2kg the rate is £3.50.
Orders that are valued above £25 are entitled to free shipping. Please select this option at checkout. If you fail to select this item you will be charged a non-refundable shipping fee.
Delivery & Returns - Order Dispatch Timeframes
We aim at shipping all our orders within 48 hours that are placed between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. However, times can vary due to demand, season etc so please allow 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us directly on 01732 682 099 or email@example.com. Please quote your order number on all communications.
Delivery & Returns - Carriers
Royal Mail is our primary carrier for all orders. Larger orders will be sent via a Courier (DHL or FedEx). E-mail/Text message info will be sent if this is the case.
Delivery & Returns - Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that that Royal Mail orders will, in most cases, not supply a Tracking Number.
Delivery & Returns - Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You will be advised if this is the case and offered the chance of refunding that part of your order if that is appropriate.
Delivery & Returns - How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 28 days of your purchase.

Please ensure that your item (s) are properly packaged. Damaged items will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Most couriers offer insurance so please comply with the organisations guidelines on packaging to ensure compliance.
Delivery & Returns - Return Exceptions
Sauces cannot be returned if the tamper seal on the bottle has been damaged or removed.
We will not accept returns that have exceeded, or nearly (3 months) reached, their Best Before Date (item packaging will advise where this date can be located).
Delivery & Returns - Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Delivery & Returns - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order we are happy to do so. Please send us back your item to the address above (with your original receipt and clearly state which products you want to exchange it for. Please note that our Return Policy above is applicable to our Exchange policy.
